Attendance at the seminar is considered official time and will be charged to local funds. Participants will incur expenses that must be covered by their respective local governments. The Sheriffs Confederation of the Philippines is sponsoring the 2nd Seminar-Workshop for Sheriffs of the Philippines on January 10-12, 1990 at Metro Manila.
Attendance thereat shall be on OFFICIAL TIME/OFFICIAL BUSINESS chargeable against the local funds. Any expenses incurred by the participants in connection therewith shall be defrayed by their respective local governments. casia
