The Metropolitan Trial Court Judges Association of the Philippines will be holding its 3rd National Convention-Seminar-Workshop at the Manila Hotel on November 22, 23 and 14, 1990.
All Judges of the Metropolitan Trial Courts are hereby authorized to attend the convention-seminar-workshop on Official Time/Official Business chargeable to but subject to availability of local funds. cd
