All judges in areas affected by the heavy rains and flood brought by the Southwest Monsoon last 6-10 August 2012 are DIRECTED to make an assessment of the condition of their respective courthouses and determine the extent of damage in their courtrooms, records, and equipment, as well as the actions already taken, and submit a report thereon through the OCA webmail at http://oca.judiciary.gov.ph/contact.php, within five (5) days from notice. The report shall likewise contain a list of court employees within their branch who were severely affected by the typhoon. THacES
All judges are likewise encouraged to conduct their own relief operations to augment the immediate need of affected court employees within their areas, concurrently with the relief goods drive of the Office of the Court Administrator and the Office of Administrative Services-Supreme Court. However, donors must be limited to judges and court personnel only. Other prospective donors may be referred to the OCA or to other relief operations of other governmental and non-governmental organizations.
