REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5979
AN ACT APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS SYNCHRONIZING THE SAME WITH PREVIOUS PUBLIC WORKS APPROPRIATIONS
SECTION 1. Capital Improvements from General Fund. — For the purpose of implementing the Long Range Program of Capital Improvements of the Administration, the following sums, or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of the general fund in the National Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth, for the purposes mentioned hereunder:
SECTION 27. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
