REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3451
AN ACT APPROPRIATING ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR THE OPERATION OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE THIRTY, NINETEEN HUNDRED SIXTY TWO
SECTION 1. The sum of three million pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated as additional funds for the operation of the House of Representatives for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1962, itemized as follows: aisa dc

| 2. | For repairs and improvements of rooms and buildings | 250,000.00 |
| 3. | For payment of overtime services of employees during sessions | 157,000.00 |
| 4. | For expenses in connection with committee meetings | 250,000.00 |
| 5. | For terminal leave of officials and employees | 400,000.00 |
| 6. | For the payment of retirement and insurance premiums | 443,000.00 |
| 7. | For employment of supplementary personnel for a period of three (3) months | 450,000.00 |
