Please take notice that the Court en banc issued a Resolution dated August 16, 2011, which reads as follows: cDIHES
"A.M. No. 11-8-4-SC-PHILJA (Re: Appointment of Justice Consuelo Ynares-Santiago as PHILJA Consultant). — The Court Resolved to (a) NOTE the Letter dated July 29, 2011 of Justice Adolfo S. Azcuna, Chancellor, PHILJA and (b) APPOINT Justice Consuelo Ynares-Santiago as PHILJA Consultant for a period of six (6) months, effective October 1, 2011 to March 31, 2012."
