REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8642

AN ACT TO ESTABLISH A MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF NASUGBU, PROVINCE OF BATANGAS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. A municipal high school is hereby established in the Municipality of Nasugbu, Province of Batangas.

SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
