ACT NO. 2691
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FOR PUBLIC WORKS AND PERMANENT IMPROVEMENTS IN THE MOUNTAIN PROVINCE AND THE PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA
SECTION 1. There are hereby appropriated, out of any funds in the Insular Treasury not otherwise appropriated, for the fiscal year ending December thirty-first, nineteen hundred and seventeen, the following sums or so much thereof as may be respectively necessary:

| the Mountain Province, as follows: | ||
| Construction, repair, and maintenance of roads and | ||
| bridges, in the discretion of the Secretary of | ||
| Commerce and Communications |

| Maintenance and repair of the Naguilian |

| Baguio highway |

|
| Construction and repair of schools, hospitals, and |

| public buildings for provincial governments, and |

| (b) | For public works and permanent improvements |

| in the Province of Nueva Vizcaya, in the |

SECTION 2. All balances of the several appropriations made by this Act unexpended on June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and eighteen, shall revert to the unappropriated funds in the Insular Treasury and thereafter shall not be available for withdrawal or expenditure except upon appropriation by the Legislature.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
