ACT NO. 2718
AN ACT TO AMEND THE FINAL SECTION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE BY STRIKING FROM THE LIST OF ACTS REPEALED THEREBY, ACT NUMBERED SIXTEEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN
SECTION 1. The Administrative Code is hereby amended by striking from the list of Acts thereby repealed in their entirety, Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven.
SECTION 2. Sections three and four of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven are hereby declared again in force.
SECTION 3. Whoever in a solemn affirmation made in any of the cases covered by section three of Act Numbered Sixteen hundred and ninety-seven makes a false statement shall incur the penalties prescribed by said section three.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect on its approval.
Approved, March 17, 1917.
