ACT NO. 1154
AN ACT TO AMEND ACT NUMBERED EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN, BY PROVIDING A CLERICAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE FORCE FOR THE ARRASTRE DIVISION AT THE MANILA CUSTOM-HOUSE
SECTION 1. Section five of Act Numbered Eight hundred and ninety-seven is hereby amended by adding after the word "additional" in the ninth line thereof the word "administrative officers, clerks."
SECTION 2. The public good requiring the speedy enactment of this bill, the passage of the same is hereby expedited in accordance with section two of "An Act prescribing the order of procedure by the Commission in the enactment of laws," passed September twenty-sixth, nineteen hundred.
SECTION 3. This Act shall be construed to be retroactive and effective as of September twenty-third, nineteen and three. acHTIC
