REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8362
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A MUNICIPAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYAWAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE BAYAWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, to be known as the Bayawan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
