An Act Providing for the Establishment of a National Agricultural High School in Taguibo, Municipality of Mati, Province of Davao Oriental, to be Known as the Taguibo Agricultural Vocational High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8415, enacted on November 27, 1997, establishes the Taguibo Agricultural Vocational High School in Taguibo, Mati, Davao Oriental, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The school is designed to offer not only the standard secondary curriculum but also specialized agricultural, technical, and vocational subjects. Funding for the school's establishment will be included in the General Appropriations Act in the subsequent fiscal year. This Act took effect immediately upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, in accordance with the Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8415
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL AGRICULTURAL HIGH SCHOOL IN TAGUIBO, MUNICIPALITY OF MATI, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TAGUIBO AGRICULTURAL VOCATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There is hereby established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national agricultural high school in Taguibo, Mati, Davao Oriental, to be known as the Taguibo Agricultural Vocational High School.
SECTION 2. The School shall, in addition to the regular secondary school curricula, offer agricultural, technical and other vocational subjects.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
