An Act Establishing a National High School in Barangay Dalama, Municipality of Baroy, Province of Lanao Del Norte to be Known as the Diosdado Yap Sr. National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8910
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY DALAMA, MUNICIPALITY OF BAROY, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE TO BE KNOWN AS THE DIOSDADO YAP SR. NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Dalama, Municipality of Baroy, Province of Lanao del Norte to be known as the Diosdado Yap Sr. National High School. DEaCSA
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
