Munai National High School in Munai, Lanao Del Norte
Republic Act No. 8430, enacted on December 15, 1997, establishes the Munai National High School in the Municipality of Munai, Lanao del Norte, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Act mandates the inclusion of necessary funding in the General Appropriations Act for the year following its enactment and beyond. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8430
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MUNAI, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL NORTE, TO BE KNOWN AS THE MUNAI NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a municipal high school in the Municipality of Munai, Province of Lanao del Norte, to be known as the Munai National High School. cdt
SECTION 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
