Republic Act No. 8848, enacted on August 22, 2000, converts San Pedro High School in Iriga City, Camarines Sur, into a national high school, now named San Pedro National High School. REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8848

AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN PEDRO HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CITY OF IRIGA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

SECTION 1. The San Pedro High School in the City of Iriga, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the San Pedro National High School. IaDcTC

SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter. cSTCDA

SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
