REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8850
AN ACT CONVERTING THE LA SALVACION HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SALVACION, MUNICIPALITY OF TIGAON, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE LA SALVACION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The La Salvacion High School in Barangay Salvacion, Municipality of Tigaon, Province of Camarines Sur is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the La Salvacion National High School. TcEAIH
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
