An Act Converting the Pambuhan High School in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, into a National High School to Be Known as the Pambuhan National High School and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8768, enacted on March 28, 2000, converts Pambuhan High School in Garchitorena, Camarines Sur, into a national high school, now known as Pambuhan National High School. The Act mandates the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports to implement its provisions. It also stipulates that the necessary funding will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the following year and thereafter. The law takes effect upon its approval and was published in the Official Gazette on July 17, 2000.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8768
AN ACT CONVERTING THE PAMBUHAN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GARCHITORENA, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE PAMBUHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The Pambuhan High School in the Municipality of Garchitorena, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Pambuhan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports (DECS) is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
