An Act Converting the PNAC Bayanihan High School in Barangay Apurawan, Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, into a National High School to be Known as the Apurawan National High School, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 8613, enacted on March 27, 1998, converts the PNAC Bayanihan High School in Barangay Apurawan, Aborlan, Palawan, into a national high school named Apurawan National High School. The act mandates the transfer of all personnel, records, and assets from the former school to the newly established national high school. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with issuing necessary regulations for implementation. Funding for the transition will be included in the General Appropriations Act of the subsequent year. This law took effect upon its approval, having lapsed into law without the President's signature.

AN ACT CONVERTING THE PNAC BAYANIHAN HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY APURAWAN, MUNICIPALITY OF ABORLAN, PROVINCE OF PALAWAN, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL TO BE KNOWN AS THE APURAWAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. The existing PNAC Bayanihan High School in Barangay Apurawan, Municipality of Aborlan, Province of Palawan, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Apurawan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules, orders or circulars to implement the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. All personnel, records, assets and properties including buildings, sites and the improvements thereof, obligations, funds and appropriations of the PNAC Bayanihan High School are hereby transferred to the Apurawan National High School.
SECTION 4. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 5. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
