COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 339
AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE AMOUNT OF ONE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BIRI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, CALBIGA, SAMAR
SECTION 1. The amount of One thousand pesos appropriated under paragraph A-(c); Samar, item numbered thirty-seven of section one of Act Numbered Forty-one hundred and eighty of the Philippine Legislature is reappropriated for the construction of the Biri Elementary School, Calbiga, Samar. TIaEDC
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, June 21, 1938.
