SECTION 5. Items 8, 9, 14, 18, and 20 under Abra; item 2 under Antique; item 18 under Bohol; item 119 under Cebu; item 127 under Ilocos Sur; items 16, 17, 18, 24, 28, 29, 52, and 92 under La Union; items 23, 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 under Mindoro; items 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 26a, and 71 under Mountain Province; items 2, 9, 10, 11, 12, 15, 29, and 42, under Nueva Vizcaya; items 29 and 145 under Pangasinan; item 18 under Romblon; items 105 and 109, under Samar; item 58 under Sorsogon; item 54 under Tarlac; are suppressed; and item 58, subsection D, paragraph (y) any unexpended balance of which is to be applied to item 47a, subsection C, paragraph (r) under Albay.

SECTION 6. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
