PROCLAMATION AMENDING PRESIDENTIAL PROCLAMATION NO. 2292, DATED MAY 21, 1983, RESERVING FOR SETTLEMENT PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND EXCLUDING A PORTION OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AS MILITARY CAMP OF THE 8TH INFANTRY BATTALION OF THE PHILIPPINE ARMY SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. RITA, WESTERN SAMAR

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, President of the Republic of the Philippines do hereby amend Proclamation No. 2292 dated May 21, 1983, by excluding a portion therein as military camp of the 8th Infantry Battalion under the administration of the Philippine Army, subject to final ground survey and private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows to wit: DHIETc

The tracts of land herein reserved shall be non-alienable and shall not be subject to occupation, entry, sale, lease or other disposition until again declared alienable by proclamation of the President.
