DAR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 04-17
| SUBJECT | : | Amendment of Section 2 of A.O. No. 2, Series of 2017 Entitled, "Extension of Special Rules on Applications for Land Use Conversion Necessary for the Construction of Resettlement Areas for Those Affected by Typhoon Yolanda," Expanding the Territorial Application to Include Region VI |
In view of requests from various government agencies and private stakeholders, Section 2. Territorial Application of A.O. No. 2, Series of 2017 is hereby amended to include Region VI among the covered areas specifically the provinces of Aklan, Antique, Capiz and Iloilo.
All orders, circulars, rules and regulations inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed, modified or superseded accordingly.
This Order shall take effect five (5) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation, and will adhere to the date of expiration of A.O. No. 2, Series of 2017. CAIHTE
