AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 155 (S. 2011), WHICH RESERVED CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND UNDERLYING THE NAGA THERMAL POWER PLANT AND GRANTED OWNERSHIP THEREOF IN FAVOR OF THE NATIONAL POWER CORPORATION, BY AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY OF THE DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENT AND NATURAL RESOURCES TO ISSUE SPECIAL PATENTS OVER THE PARCELS OF LAND COVERED THEREIN AND CORRECTING THE TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS OF CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND STATED THEREIN

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, President of the Republic of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 155 (s. 2011), which reserved certain parcels of land underlying the Naga Thermal Power Plant and granted ownership thereof in favor of the National Power Corporation (NPC), situated in Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu, by authorizing the DENR Secretary to issue and sign, on my behalf, the corresponding Special Patents over said parcels of land in favor of the NPC, and correcting the technical descriptions of certain parcels of land covered by the said Proclamation, more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (Lot No. 762, Cad. 747-D, Sp-07-000062) situated in Barangay Colon, City of Naga, Province of Cebu, Island of Cebu.

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Lot No. 12571, Cad. 747-D; on the SW., along 2-3 by Lot No. 761, Cad. 747-D; on the NW., along line 3-4 by National Road (20.00 m. wide); on the NE., along line 4-1 by Lot No. 763, Cad. 747-D.
