Additional Asst. Provincial Fiscals for Cagayan

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 5060
AN ACT INCREASING THE NUMBER OF ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF CAGAYAN, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cagayan, is further amended to read as follows: cd i
"Cagayan, nine assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
