REPUBLIC ACT NO. 3340
AN ACT TO PROVIDE TWO ADDITIONAL ASSISTANT PROVINCIAL FISCALS FOR THE PROVINCE OF CAVITE, AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE SECTION SIXTEEN HUNDRED SEVENTY-FOUR OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, AS AMENDED
SECTION 1. The provision of Section sixteen hundred seventy-four of the Administrative Code, as amended, relative to the number of assistant provincial fiscals in the Province of Cavite, is further amended to read as follows: aisa dc
"Cavite, six assistant provincial fiscals;"
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
