Abolition of Road Tax
Commonwealth Act No. 255, approved on March 9, 1938, abolishes the road tax previously imposed by the Administrative Code. Additionally, it condones all delinquencies related to this tax. The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.

COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 255
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE ROAD TAX
SECTION 1. The road tax imposed by section twenty-one hundred and fifty-eight of the Administrative Code is abolished, and all delinquencies by reason thereof are condoned.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
