Abolition of Cedula Tax Act

COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 238
AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE ABOLITION OF THE CEDULA TAX
SECTION 1. The cedula tax is abolished, and all delinquencies by reason thereof are condoned.
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
