Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the court en banc issued a Resolution dated JANUARY 8, 2013, which reads as follows:
"G.R. No. 203563(Raymundo T. Roquero vs. Sandiganbayan [First Division] and People of the Philippines); G.R. Nos. 203693-94(Nilda B. Paras vs. Sandiganbayan [First Division], et al.); and G.R. Nos. 203740-41(Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo vs. The Ombudsman and Sandiganbayan [1st Division]). — The Court Resolved to:
(a) REQUIRE the Ombudsman and the Office of the Solicitor General to COMMENT, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, on the Motion for Leave to File Petition for Intervention in G.R. Nos. 203740-41 dated December 20, 2012 filed by Atty. Vinalyn M. Potot-Baluran, counsel for movant-intervenors Rico Manulid Ocampo, Eugene Paul E. Ponio, Marcelo Rivera Valencia and Joaquin Manalac, 11th Floor CyberOne Building, Eastwood Cyberpark, Bagumbayan, Quezon City;
(b) NOTE the aforesaid Petition for Intervention dated December 20, 2012 pending the filing of the comment of the Ombudsman and the OSG;
(c) NOTE the Formal Entry of Appearance in G.R. No. 203740-41 dated December 12, 2012 filed by Atty. Rodolfo U. Jimenez, #22 Sct. Delgado St., Quezon City, entering his appearance as private counsel for Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo; AHDTIE
(d) GRANT the Motion dated December 12, 2012 filed by respondent Office of the Ombudsman for an extension of thirty (30) days from December 16, 2012, or until January 15, 2012, within which to file a comment on the petition in G.R. Nos. 203740-41;
(e) REQUIRE the adverse parties to COMMENT, within ten (10) days from notice hereof, on the following motions:
(i) Urgent Motion dated December 7, 2012 filed by counsel for petitioner Raymundo T. Roquero in G.R. No. 203563; and
(ii) Urgent Motion to Resolve Application and Reiterative Motion for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or a Writ of Preliminary Injunction dated December 7, 2012 filed by counsel for petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in G.R. Nos. 203740-41;
(f) GRANT the Motion dated December 3, 2012 filed by the Office of the Special Prosecutor for respondent Office of the Ombudsman for a second extension of thirty (30) days from December 7, 2012, or until January 6, 2013, within which to file a comment on the petition in G.R. Nos. 203693-94; and
(g) NOTE the:
(i) Manifestation dated December 11, 2012 filed by counsel for respondent Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) in G.R. Nos. 203693-94, stating that respondent PCSO filed a Motion to Admit Comment on December 10, 2012 through registered mail;
(ii) Reiterative Motion for the Issuance of a Temporary Restraining Order and/or a Writ of Preliminary Injunction dated January 2, 2013 filed by counsel for petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in G.R. Nos. 203740-41;
(iii) Motion to Admit Comment dated December 3, 2012 filed by counsel for respondent PCSO in G.R. Nos. 203693-94; and IDaEHS
