b) NOTE the Motion, with Leave of the Honorable Court, for the Outright Dismissal, for Lack of Probable Cause, of the Plunder Charge against Petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, dated January 7, 2013, filed by counsel for petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in G.R. Nos. 203740-41;
(c) GRANT the Motion Begging Leave of the Honorable Court to Submit the Correct Copy of the Wrong Motion of Petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, Erroneously Filed Yesterday, January 7, 2013, dated January 8, 2013 filed by counsel for petitioner Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo in G.R. Nos. 203740-41; CIDaTc
(d) REQUIRE the parties to COMMENT, without giving due course thereto, on the Motion for Leave to File Supplemental Petition for Intervention dated December 27, 2012 filed by Atty. Percival B. Peralta, counsel for movant-intervenors Ricardo S. Rivera, Anthony Joseph S.
