NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedAugust 28, 2019which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 7849 [Formerly CBD Case No. 05-1489] (Emely Phie and Colin Phie v. Atty. Cipriano Robielos III)
The Court RESOLVES to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Board of Governors (IBP) in its Notice of Resolution 1 dated November 19, 2011. Accordingly, the complaint 2 against respondent Atty. Cipriano Robielos III (respondent) is hereby DISMISSED. However, for his unjustified failure to obey the lawful orders of the IBP Commission on Bar Discipline (Commission) requiring him to file pleadings and appear before the Commission, he is SUSPENDED from the practice of law for a period of three (3) months, with a STERN WARNING that a repetition of the same or similar infraction will be dealt with more severely.
The suspension in the practice of law, shall take effect immediately upon receipt of this Resolution by respondent. He is DIRECTED to immediately file a Manifestation to the Court that his suspension has started, copy furnished all courts and quasi-judicial bodies where he has entered his appearance as counsel.
Let copies of this Resolution be furnished to the: (a) Office of the Bar Confidant to be appended to respondent's personal record as an attorney; (b) IBP for its information and guidance; and (c) Office of the Court Administrator for circulation to all courts in the country.
