Please take notice that the Court, Second Division, issued a Resolution dated June 20, 2022 which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 10982 [formerly CBD Case No. 16-5007] (Ronnie F. Faulve, complainant, v. Atty. Eulalio C. Diaz III, respondent). — The Notice of Resolution 1 dated July 11, 2020 of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines (IBP) Board of Governors is NOTED. The Court resolves to ADOPT and APPROVE the findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendation of the IBP Investigating Commissioner in the attached report and recommendation 2 dated May 30, 2019, which the IBP Board of Governors likewise adopted and approved. The complaint against Atty. Eulalio C. Diaz III is DISMISSED.
