NOTICE
Sirs/Mesdames :
Please take notice that the Court, First Division, issued a Resolution datedJune 8, 2020which reads as follows:
"A.C. No. 11221 [Formerly CBD Case No. 17-5257] (Ronnie F. Faulve v. Atty. Ariel G. Ronquillo). — For resolution is an Affidavit Complaint 1 dated February 15, 2016 filed by complainant Ronnie F. Faulve against Atty. Ariel G. Ronquillo for allegedly failing to perform the duty to act on several complaints the former filed before the latter's office and instead referring the same to different authorities.
In his Report and Recommendation dated June 30, 2017, Investigating Commissioner Atty. Eduardo R. Robles recommended the dismissal of the complaint in the absence of any wrong committed by respondent. In a Resolution dated March 22, 2018, the Board of Governors of the IBP adopted and approved said Report and Recommendation of the IBP-CBD Commissioner.
Finding the recommendation of the IBP to be fully supported by the evidence on record and applicable laws, the Court RESOLVES to DISMISS the case against Atty. Ariel G. Ronquillo and consider the same as CLOSED and TERMINATED.
