Vicente B. Ylagan National High School in Barangay San Isidro, Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8465
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, MUNICIPALITY OF BONGABONG, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, TO BE KNOWN AS THE VICENTE B. YLAGAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a high school in Barangay San Isidro, Municipality of Bongabong, Province of Oriental Mindoro, to be known as the Vicente B. Ylagan National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
