BATAS PAMBANSA BLG. 354
AN ACT CONVERTING THE SAN ISIDRO MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN ISIDRO, PROVINCE OF DAVAO ORIENTAL, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE SAN ISIDRO NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL
SECTION 1. The San Isidro Municipal High School in the Municipality of San Isidro, Province of Davao Oriental, is converted into a national high school, to be known as the San Isidro National High School.
SECTION 2. The amount of one hundred thousand pesos for the operation of the school shall be funded out of the appropriations authorized by Batas Pambansa Blg. 131 and Batas Pambansa Blg. 230 for the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports intended for new national high schools: Provided, That the local government unit concerned shall continue to provide funding for its share in the cost of maintenance and operation of the school. Thereafter, such sum as may be necessary for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
