OCA Circular No. 139-2017 mandates all judges and employees of lower courts in the Philippines to update their Specimen Signature Cards (SSC) and Client Information Sheets (ICS) with the Land Bank of the Philippines due to the transition to chip-based Europay Mastercard Visa (EMV) ATM cards. To complete the update, individuals must visit a nearby Land Bank branch and present a photocopy of their Office/Company ID and a recent 1x1 photo. The deadline for this update is set for the last banking day of July 2017, after which current ATM cards will become unusable. Compliance with this directive is emphasized to ensure a smooth transition to the new banking system.
