Transfer of Ownership of Certain Lots from National Government to Roxas City

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 4523
AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE POSSESSION, CONTROL AND OWNERSHIP OF LOTS NUMBERED 2536-A, 3052, 3060-A, 3059-B, 2534-A, 3934, 3054-A, 3058-A, 3051-A, 3055, 3048-A, 3059-A, 3050-A, 2544, 2534-B, 3158-A, 3144-A, 3143-A, 3146-A, AND 3142-A OF THE CADASTRAL SURVEY OF CAPIZ, SITUATED IN BARRIO LOCTUGAN, CITY OF ROXAS, FROM THE NATIONAL GOVERNMENT TO THE CITY OF ROXAS
SECTION 1. The possession, control and ownership of Lots Numbered 2536-A, 3052, 3060-A, 3059-B, 2534-A, 3934, 3058-A, 3051-A, 3055, 3048-A, 3059-A, 3050-A, 2544, 2534-B, 3054-A, 3158-A, 3144-A, 3143-A, 3146-A, and 3142-A of the cadastral survey of Capiz, situated in Barrio Loctugan, City of Roxas, which lots are owned and in the possession of the Republic of the Philippines and administered by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, are hereby transferred to the City of Roxas. aisa dc
SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
