REPUBLIC ACT NO. 696

AN ACT TRANSFERRING THE BARRIO OF STA. MONICA (TUBABAO), MUNICIPALITY OF ORAS TO THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN POLICARPIO ALL IN THE PROVINCE OF SAMAR

SECTION 1. The barrio of Sta. Monica (Tubabao), Municipality of Oras, Province of Samar is hereby separated from its mother municipality and included in the Municipality of San Policarpio in the same province. cd

SECTION 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
