Republic Act No. 7993, enacted on April 22, 1995, establishes the Trading National High School in Barangay 37-D, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports. The Act empowers the Department to create necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following its enactment and beyond. The law took effect upon approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as per constitutional provisions.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 7993
AN ACT ESTABLISHING THE TRADING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL AT BARANGAY 37-D, QUEZON BOULEVARD, DAVAO CITY, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school at Barangay 37-D, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, to be known as Trading National High School.
SECTION 2. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
SECTION 3. The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval. cd
