WHEREAS, under LOI No. 786 dated December 23, 1978, the Presidential Assistant on Economic and Development Affairs was designated Presidential Action Officer on Trade Facilitation in order to direct and oversee the implementation and reevaluation of the simplified system of export procedures under Presidential Decree No. 930;
WHEREAS, the aforementioned designation may now be terminated since the objective therefor has already been achieved. cd i
NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby terminate the designation of the Presidential Assistant on Economic and Development Affairs as Presidential Action Officer on Trade Facilitation effective immediately. The corresponding appropriations of his office under the said designation are hereby reallocated to the Presidential Regional Monitoring Officers.
DONE in the City of Manila, this 9th day of July, in the year of Our Lord, Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Five.
