Designation of Presidential Regional Officer for Development for Regions V and VIII
Letter of Instructions No. 44, issued on November 28, 1972, designates key officials within the Philippine government for regional development roles. Engineer Julian T. Regalado is appointed as the Presidential Regional Officer for Development (PROD) for Region V, following Mr. Martiniano Ligon's reassignment. Additionally, Atty. Eufemio V. In view of the recent reassignment of Mr. Martiniano Ligon to the DPWTC regional directorship of Region I, Engineer Julian T. Regalado, DPWTC Regional Manager (PJFH Project), is hereby designated Presidential Regional Officer for Development (PROD) for Region V.
You are hereby further informed that the Secretary of Local Government and Community Development has designated Atty. Eufemio V. Ruiz as DLGCD Officer-in-Charge for Region VIII. As such, Atty. Ruiz shall serve as Presidential Regional Officer for Development (PROD) for Region VIII, pursuant to Letter of Instructions No. 36-A. cdt
