In view of the declaration by the World Health Organization that the COVID-19 outbreak is now a pandemic, and in support of the concerted governmental effort to deter the spread of contagion through social distancing and the reduction of interpersonal transactions, the Office of the Chief Justice (OCJ) has resolved to temporarily suspend/restrict the personal follow up of all transactions throughout the various offices of the Supreme Court, effective immediately, until further notice.
The foregoing suspension/restriction pertains only to dealings with the general public and other stakeholders of the Court. All offices concerned shall direct the public to course matters for follow up to the Judiciary Public Assistance Section (JPAS) under the direct control and supervision of the OCJ, with the following contact details:
