Tay-Ac National High School in Bantay, Ilocos Sur
Republic Act No. 8395, enacted on November 22, 1997, establishes the Tay-ac National High School in Barangay Tay-ac, Municipality of Bantay, Province of Ilocos Sur. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports is tasked with issuing the necessary rules and regulations for its implementation. Funding for the school will be included in the General Appropriations Act for the year following the law's enactment and in subsequent years. The Act took effect upon its approval and lapsed into law without the President's signature, as per the Philippine Constitution.

REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8395
AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TAY-AC, MUNICIPALITY OF BANTAY, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS TAY-AC NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
SECTION 1. There shall be established a national high school in Barangay Tay-ac, Municipality of Bantay, Province of Ilocos Sur, to be known as Tay-ac National High School.
SECTION 2. The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the rules and regulations to implement this Act. cd
SECTION 3. The amount necessary for the implementation of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
SECTION 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
