MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 107
In view of the continuous heavy rains and the flooding of the streets in Metro Manila caused by typhoon "GLENDA", work in all government offices, including government-owned and controlled corporations, will be suspended tomorrow, July 24, 2006 in the National Capital Region. Government agencies performing vital functions shall, however, maintain a skeletal work force to ensure delivery of services and continuity of their operations.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
