For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the per curiam Resolution of the Court En Banc, promulgated on May 17, 1988 in ADM. CASE No. 3153, entitled "JUANITO L. HAW TAY vs. Atty. EDUARDO SINGAYAO", and ADM. Matter No. R-592-RTJ, entitles "JUANITO L. HAW TAY vs. Hon. EDUARDO SINGAYAO", to wit:
"ACCORDINGLY, respondent Singayao is hereby indefinitely SUSPENDED as a Member of the Philippine Bar and is PROHIBITED from engaging in the practice of law, until otherwise ordered by this Court. This Resolution shall be spread in his personal record and is immediately executory. cd i
"SO ORDERED."
