SUPREME COURT CIRCULAR NO. 16-88

For the information and guidance of all concerned, quoted hereunder is the resolution of the Third Division of this Court dated November 25, 1987 in G.R. No. 71382 (Mondragon Industries, Inc. vs. Norberto Narzabal, et al. and Court of Appeals), suspending Atty. Alex B. Parco from the practice of law, to wit:
"G.R. No. 71382 (Mondragon Industries, Inc. vs. Norberto Narzabal, et al. and Court of Appeals). — It appearing that to this date (November 16, 1987), Atty. Alex B. Parco counsel for private respondents, has not filed a rejoinder to the reply of counsel for petitioner to respondents' comment on the petition for review on certiorari, the Court Resolved to SUSPEND Atty. Alex B. Parco from the PRACTICE OF LAW in the Philippines effective immediately and until he files the required REJOINDER to petitioner's reply."
