For your information and guidance, quoted hereunder is the dispositive portion of the Decision of the First Division dated 23 December 2009, in Administrative Case No. 7433, entitled "Cesar Talento, et al. vs. Atty. Agustin F. Paneda," to wit: AIDSTE
"WHEREFORE, we find respondent Atty. Agustin F. Paneda GUILTY of violating Canons 17 and 18 as well as Rules 18.02 and 18.03 of the Code of Professional Responsibility. Accordingly, we SUSPEND respondent from the practice of law for ONE (1) YEAR effective upon finality of this Decision."
Respondent received the said Decision on 12 October 2010 as shown in the Registry Return Receipt No. 326. No motion for reconsideration was filed by either party.
