Supplement to Regulatory Issuance No. 2005-03 Re: Appeal from the Decisions in Administrative Cases
The 2006 PDIC Supplement to Regulatory Issuance No. 2005-03 updates the procedural rules for appealing decisions in administrative cases by allowing appeals to the Court of Appeals under Rule 43 of the 1997 Revised Rules of Civil Procedure. This amendment aims to enhance the implementation of Section 21 (g) of Republic Act No. 3591, as amended. Additionally, it re-numbers certain sections of the original regulatory issuance for clarity. The supplemental regulation will take effect 15 days after its publication in a widely circulated newspaper.
