In view of the transfer of the Philippine Mediation Center to the Court Management Office, Office of the Court Administrator pursuant to the Supreme Court En Banc Resolution in A.M. No. 21-08-01-SC-PHILJA dated October 5, 2021, all concerned JDR-trained Judges are hereby DIRECTED to submit their monthly JDR statistical reports via e-mail to PMC-CMO, OCA ([email protected]), every 10th day of the following month, using the attached PMC Form Nos. 12, 21, and 22.
