Submission of CY 2019 Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator System (APCPI) Results

In light of the declaration of the President at Public Health Emergency, and subsequent issuances directing the adoption of alternative work arrangements, the GPPB through Resolution No. 04-2020 dated 19 March 2020 approved to extend the submission of the APCPI Results from 31 March 2020 to 30 June 2020.
This is to give Procuring Entities sufficient time to gather the documents required for consolidation and to validate information with other units therein. This extension shall apply only to the submission of 2019 APCPI considering the emergency situation.
Electronic submission shall be sent to [email protected] together with the following accomplished forms:
(1) Annex A or the Self-Assessment Form;
(2) Annex B or the Consolidated Procurement Monitoring Report;
(3) Annex D or the Procurement Capacity Development Action Plan; and
(4) Questionnaire.
Submissions made prior to this Advisory are already recorded and no re-submission is required. For further clarifications or concerns, please email us at [email protected].
