REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10777
AN ACT DECLARING SEPTEMBER 1 OF EVERY YEAR A SPECIAL WORKING HOLIDAY AND NO CLASS DAY IN SCHOOLS IN THE PROVINCE OF NORTH COTABATO IN COMMEMORATION OF ITS FOUNDING ANNIVERSARY
SECTION 1. September 1 of every year is declared a special working holiday and no class day in schools in the Province of North Cotabato in commemoration of its founding anniversary. When the holiday falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, the special working day shall be observed on the Monday that follows.
SECTION 2. For work performed on a special working holiday, an employee is entitled to his/her regular wage.
SECTION 3. This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation. TCAScE
